You can check your Exness account verification status by logging into your Personal Area (PA) on the Exness website or mobile app. The verification status is displayed at the top of the Personal Area dashboard. Possible statuses include:
- No verification steps completed: You haven’t started the process.
- One or a few steps completed: You’ve verified email, phone, or personal information but need to upload POI and/or POR documents.
- POI submitted or approved: Proof of Identity is submitted or approved; upload POR if not yet done.
- POI rejected: Documents didn’t meet requirements, with a detailed explanation provided.
Additionally, Exness sends email notifications when documents are submitted and when they are approved or rejected. For further details, check the Profile tab in your Settings or contact Exness support.
